Atlantic Technology's Remote Support service provides you with the same expertise you would get with an on-site service call while saving you the added expense. A technician will work on your computer via remote control software. If need be you may be asked to plug or unplug devices. You can watch and stay on the phone during the support session.

Rate is 85¢ ($0.85) per minute. Minimum charge $12.75 / 15 minutes.
